Terra’s column is arithmetic over their published price sheet, not a quote: $399 a month billed annually, 100,000 credits included, 200 credits per connected user per month, then $0.005 a credit to one million and $0.003 above it. It assumes no event overage at all — every user inside their 400 free events — so a busy product pays more than this, never less. Terra publish in US dollars and we charge in euros; the two columns are each in the currency that side actually bills, and at any recent rate the gap is wide enough that the conversion does not decide it. Convert before you commit to a budget.

An amber clock means designed and not shipped — a connect call naming it comes back a 400 today. Terra cover hundreds of sources beyond the nine listed here; these are the ones a reader choosing between us is weighing.

Terra’s prices, credit rates and trial terms read from their pricing page, developer docs and published community answers on 28 August 2026. Check them before deciding anything on the strength of this page.

The same integration, with no meter behind it. Your users consent on a screen we host, and finished activities arrive at your endpoint, sealed to your key.

Terra API questions

Only if your users wear the watches we cover. Stridee connects Garmin, COROS, Polar, Wahoo, Zepp and Fitbit — six watch and tracker vendors — plus Hammerhead, whose Karoo is a bike computer rather than a watch. Terra connects hundreds of sources, rings and smart scales included. If your product needs Oura, WHOOP or Apple Health today, they have those and we do not, and no pricing argument makes up for a source you cannot read.

A subscription includes 100,000 credits a month, which do not roll over. Each connected user — an active authentication, in their terms — costs 200 credits a month, so the allowance is about 500 users before anything is added. Their first 400 events each are free and further events cost half a credit. Past the allowance, credits are $0.005 each up to a million and $0.003 above that. It is a coherent model and it is not hidden; it just means the bill moves with your product’s success.

Terra’s own price sheet, with the friendliest assumptions we could make. 5,000 connected users at 200 credits each is 1,000,000 credits a month; 100,000 come with the plan, and the other 900,000 at $0.005 are $4,500, on top of the $399 annual-billing rate. We assume zero event overage — every one of those users staying inside their 400 free events — so the real figure for a busy product is higher, not lower. Terra publish in dollars and we charge in euros, so the two columns are each in the currency that side bills. Check the arithmetic against their pricing page before you decide anything on it.

Nothing, up to your plan’s ceiling. No credit, no event charge, no call ceiling and no fee for the athlete themselves. A plan buys how many of your users may connect a watch — up to 250 on Hacker, up to 5,000 on Startup, up to 250,000 on Scale, uncapped on Enterprise — and every plan is the whole API: all seven providers, every endpoint, activities and wellness and workout push included. There is exactly one per-user price anywhere in our pricing and it begins where the top plan’s ceiling ends: past 250,000 connected users, each additional one is 0.01 € a month on top of Scale, and you stay on Scale. A Terra user past the included allowance is 200 credits at $0.005, about $1 a month each, from the 501st. Both figures are on this page; check them.

When breadth is the requirement. Rings, scales, phone-only users, Samsung Health, hundreds of consumer apps — that is their product and it is genuinely broad. Same answer if you need biomarkers from lab reports, their health scores, or per-second streaming, none of which we sell at any price. And if you are already live on Terra and inside the included credits, moving to save $370 a month is not a good use of a sprint.

Yes, and it is the cheapest way to migrate. Your own external_user_id is the handle on both sides, so a user is one row in your database with one or two provider links hanging off it. Move the sports watches to us, keep the rings and the phone platforms where they are, and the credit meter only counts what is left.

14 days, on every plan, with no card charged until they are up — the trial is on the checkout, so nothing is taken and nothing has to be refunded. After that there is a 30-day money-back guarantee on any charge. Terra publish no free trial; their answer is a refund inside the first month, which is the same shape as our guarantee but not the same thing as a trial.
