between visits.

Your members connect the watch they already wear, once. From then on, every workout, every night of sleep and every lab panel lands in one record, and your coaches send the next training block straight back to the wrist.

Back to the watch

The next training block

From the wrist

  • Members connect Garmin, COROS, Polar, Wahoo, Zepp, Hammerhead and Fitbit
  • Every workout, with its sport, start time, device and the file the watch wrote
  • Sleep stages and score, overnight HRV, resting heart rate, stress and VO₂max, every morning
  • Structured training blocks, sent straight back to the watch

From the lab

  • Lab reports and bloodwork, uploaded by your team or sent by your lab
  • Biomarkers tracked over time, on the same timeline as training and recovery
  • One record per member, across every device and every panel
  • All of it under one consent, on a screen with your clinic’s name on it

How it works

Connected once. Current from then on.

01

Members connect once

You send a link from your member app or by email. They pick their watch and authorize on a page we host that names your clinic. No developer account with Garmin or anyone else.

02

Data arrives on its own

Every workout and every night of sleep is pushed to your system as the watch syncs, encrypted end to end. Lab results join the same record as they come in.

03

Your team acts on it

Read training, recovery and biomarkers side by side. When the plan changes, send the next block straight to the member’s wrist.

The part your DPO will read first. Every line below is in a signed document or in how the product works, and linked so you can check it.

Your processor, under Article 28

You are the controller and we are your processor. Our Developer Platform Terms carry the Article 28 processing terms, treat wearable data as health data under Article 9, and give you a yearly audit right.

Platform Terms · Art. 28(3)

Hosted in the EEA

On OVHcloud, our only sub-processor for member data. We give 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing one, and you can object.

End-to-end encrypted

Every delivery is encrypted so that only your clinic can open it, with a key that only you hold, and signed by us so you know it is ours. There is no API key that could leak.

How the product works

No names on file

We hold no name, email or postal address for a member, only your own id for them. A provider’s id for the person is never handed out, so two products cannot match their records on it.

Platform Terms · Personal data

Consent with your name on it

Members authorize on a page we host that names your clinic, and can disconnect from a link you send. Holding their explicit consent under Article 9 stays yours, and the terms say so plainly.

Platform Terms · Art. 9(2)

Deleted when it ends

Disconnect a member and your access ends immediately. When the agreement ends we delete member data within 90 days, subject to backup expiry, or return it first if you ask.

Platform Terms · Deletion
