Cancelling is one click in the Stripe billing portal, and access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Enterprise is the one plan we set up with you — tell us what you’re building. [email protected]

Questions about billing

Every plan starts with 14 days free, and that is a real trial rather than a limited one: the whole API, every provider, every endpoint, the console, live webhook deliveries to your own endpoint. Your card is taken at checkout and is not charged until the trial ends, and the account is created the moment Stripe confirms — so you are building against real keys within seconds, not evaluating a sandbox. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal before the trial is up and you are never billed at all.

If you are billed and it is not what you wanted, email [email protected] within 30 days of that charge and we refund it in full. No forms and no conditions — you do not have to have stopped using it, and you do not have to explain why. It is separate from the trial and it sits on top of it: the trial means no charge for the first 14 days, and the guarantee means the first charge after that is reversible for 30 days.

Annually, if you already know you are shipping this: the year costs ten months rather than twelve, so it is two months free on every plan, and it is the horizon both sides actually plan on — you are wiring our deliveries into your product and we are carrying your users’ provider grants. Monthly exists so that is a choice rather than a condition of trying us: 39 € a month on Hacker, no year to commit to, cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. Either way the risk is bounded the same — 14 days before anything is charged, and 30 days to change your mind after it is.

Yes, either direction, and it is the same prorated switch as changing plan — email [email protected] and we do it the same day. Going monthly to annual, Stripe credits whatever is left of the month you are in and charges the year from that day, so the two months free start counting immediately. Going the other way mid-year, the unused part of the year becomes a credit on your Stripe customer and covers the monthly invoices until it runs out — a credit, not a refund to the card.

Only the difference, and only for the part of the period you have left. When the plan changes, Stripe credits the unused portion of what you already paid and charges the new plan pro rata from that day — so upgrading in month nine of a year is roughly three months of the gap between the two plans, not a second year, and on monthly it is the rest of this month. Your renewal date does not move, and you never pay twice for the same days.

Somebody who has shipped something and has an early audience on it: a side project with a waiting list, a thesis, a coaching tool a club is trying, a dashboard for your own training that a few hundred other people now want. A connected user is one connected account — one row of consent on your integration — so 250 is 250 people, not 250 devices, and linking your own Garmin and your own Wahoo to the same project still only spends one of them. It is the whole API either way: same seven providers, same endpoints, same signed requests and encrypted deliveries, same console. The moment more than a few hundred people are connecting watches to what you built, that is Startup.

Nothing breaks. The limit is a billing line, not a gate: the 251st athlete connecting to a Hacker integration is not refused, no request 403s at 5,001 on Startup, no consent flow stops working, and no delivery is dropped. On Hacker and Startup we reach out, move you to the plan that fits, and Stripe prorates the rest of the year as above. On Scale there is nothing to move to: past 250,000 each additional connected user is 0.01 € a month on top of the plan, billed with it, and you stay on Scale. Nothing on our side counts those users in real time — we total them and tell you what changed before the invoice does.

Hacker, Startup and Scale are all self-serve, so you can buy any of them from this page outright. Moving an existing subscription from one to another is the prorated switch above, and we do it the same day you ask — email [email protected]. It is a change to the subscription you already have rather than a second one, which is what keeps your renewal date and your remaining balance intact; starting a fresh checkout instead would leave you paying for two.

Yes, and the same arithmetic runs in reverse: the unused part of the bigger plan becomes a credit on your Stripe customer and comes off your next invoice. It is a credit, not a refund — we do not send money back to the card — and it carries forward until it is used up.

Hacker and Startup are both answered on Discord, which is where every developer on the platform is answered today — the cheaper plan does not buy you a slower queue. Scale is the same Discord with priority: your thread is picked up before the queue. Enterprise gets a dedicated account executive as well, so there is a named person on our side rather than a shared inbox.

Everything Scale has with the ceiling taken off and no per-user charge behind it — connected users are uncapped and included, which is the one Enterprise difference that is a product fact rather than a commercial one — plus the things a company needs and a card cannot sell: SSO sign-in so your team reaches the console through your own identity provider, a dedicated account executive, onboarding pages we build to your flow rather than the standard consent screen, annual invoicing against a purchase order, and a contract to sign. All of that is arranged with us during onboarding and set up by hand — none of it is a toggle in the console.
